Tasks and Responsibilities

In this role, supported by JENSEN's Central Student Health, school doctor, and our other school nurses across the country, you will be responsible for the planning and organization of work according to current guidelines for the medical component of student health. You will be part of the school's student health team, collaborating with other student health competencies to contribute your expertise in medicine, health, and nursing. This assignment is combined with the role of counselor.

• Work health-promoting and preventive at the individual, group, and organizational levels.
• Conduct health conversations and be responsible for health examinations and vaccinations.
• Collaborate and cooperate for the benefit of the student.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with specialized education focusing on schools, children, and youth, or as a district nurse. Prior experience as a school nurse is meritorious. You also have education and/or experience in psychosocial work. As a person, you are structured and have good planning skills. You are independent in your work but value close collaboration with the school's staff. Your approach is empathetic. You enjoy your work and build trust among students, guardians, and colleagues with your responsible and engaged personality. We would like you, like us, to share a passion for health and development.

Terms of Employment

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. The total extent is 60%, of which 30% is at the upper secondary school and 20% at the primary school, with an additional 10% dedicated to the counselor role. The start date is September 14, 2026.
