Therefore, we want all employees to see the opportunities, both in the small and in the big. Here, we work with our core values: forward-looking spirit, sense of responsibility, and dialogue. These values accompany us in our daily work, in how we treat each other and the citizens we serve.

4 positions available.

We are looking for several assistant nurses for the elderly care home Stångågården in Horn.

The work involves care and support work together with wonderful colleagues, where the human being is always at the center. Stångågården is Kinda Municipality's smallest elderly care home and consists of 18 apartments divided into two units: Skogsgläntan with a somatic focus with 12 places, and our small dementia-focused unit Lyktan with 6 places. At Stångågården, you work as care staff on both units according to a rotating schedule. Joint planning with home care services also takes place.

We are a wonderful and dedicated staff group that has a close and open dialogue with each other. In daily work, we collaborate closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, as well as management, to ensure safe and high-quality care and support.

The team also includes two team leaders and an activity coordinator. Their task is to strengthen quality, promote collaboration within the team, and contribute to offering the elderly meaningful daily activities.

Stångågården is located in a nature-friendly environment within walking distance to Horn's camping site and center, making it easy and accessible for residents to go out. This also makes it easier for staff to offer walks and outdoor time. We have a pleasant courtyard where we spend as much time outdoors as possible together with the elderly.

Elderly care SÄBO in Kinda Municipality uses Life Care as a documentation system and Phoniro as a security alarm system.
