Short-term care will be co-located at Åleryd Care Home in the spring of 2027, with the goal of creating a more cohesive operation, stronger collaboration, increased continuity, and the opportunity to develop specialist competence in short-term care.

You work together with at least one fellow nurse, and there may be more colleagues depending on the number of wards at the facility. You are part of the local management group and work in close collaboration with the operations manager, coordinator, care staff, as well as physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

Your working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Over a rolling 6-week schedule, it may include one weekend and evening shifts on two weekday evenings.
