Audionomservice Hearing Clinics is looking for a licensed audiologist for our new clinic in Norrköping

We are now looking for a licensed audiologist who wants to be involved from the start as we establish our operations in Norrköping.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow together with the business and eventually take on a leading role in our continued expansion in Östergötland.

Audionomservice Hearing Clinics is a growing, entrepreneur-driven, authorized, and vendor-independent hearing provider with several clinics in southern Sweden. We offer modern and person-centered hearing care with a focus on quality, accessibility, and long-term patient relationships.

We are now taking the next step in our development and establishing ourselves in Östergötland. Therefore, we are looking for you who want to help build our operations in Norrköping together with us.

Our operations will be conducted on behalf of the Region of Östergötland, where we will perform primary hearing rehabilitation for adult patients. DUTIES

As a licensed audiologist with us, you work with hearing rehabilitation according to the Region of Östergötland's mandate and applicable regulations.

The work includes, among other things:

• Hearing examinations and needs assessments
• Fitting, adjustment, and follow-up of hearing aids
• Counseling regarding hearing and communication
• Custom-molded hearing protection
• Fitting of other hearing assistive devices
• Documentation and administration related to patient care

You meet patients with different backgrounds and needs and play an important role in creating security, involvement, and the best possible rehabilitation.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Are a licensed audiologist
• Are meticulous, responsible, and independent
• Work in a structured manner and have good organizational skills
• Have good IT skills
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have a few years of experience in hearing rehabilitation
• Have a genuine interest in people and good service skills
• Thrive in a business where you have the opportunity to influence and develop working methods
• Are engaged and enjoy contributing to the development of the business
