At God Assistans, we are looking for a positive and engaged personal assistant to support and facilitate the daily life of a cheerful 34-year-old man in Jönköping. Care is the foundation of everything we do and is essential to offering the best possible personal assistance. We are currently seeking a passionate individual who wants to become a valuable part of our team.

As a personal assistant, you will work with a happy and positive man who is 33 years old. His greatest interests are HV71 (ice hockey), gaming, and movies/series. Sharing any of these interests is a plus but absolutely not a requirement.

He has a muscle disease that requires round-the-clock assistance. You do not need prior experience to work with him, as he manages his own assistance on-site and has a great team of assistants available.

A work shift includes among other things:

• Helping with most aspects of daily life, including personal hygiene.
• He uses assistive devices such as a tracheostomy, PEG tube, ventilator, and cough assist machine.
• Helping him with everyday chores.
• It is important that he feels safe with you and that you recognize his needs.
• He has his own car with automatic transmission, so a Category B driver's license is a requirement as you will be driving it.
• There is a cat in the home, so applicants must not have fur allergies.

His current assistants will also train you on-site during the introduction period.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license.
• Speaks fluent Swedish and has good communication skills.
• Is over 18 years old.
• Has no fur allergies, as the family also has a cat and a dog.
• Is perceptive and able to take initiative.
• Is a secure person with good self-confidence.

Employment level:
We are looking for a summer substitute who would like to work 100%. There is an opportunity to stay on as a substitute after the summer if we feel it is a good match.

Working hours:
Can be scheduled during the day upon request, evenings, and awake nights.
