Eda Health Centre is in an exciting phase of development, focusing on close-to-home care and the introduction of a designated GP in primary care!
We are a relatively well-staffed health centre with district doctors, specialty trainee doctors, newly graduated doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, care administrators, chiropodists, social workers, and psychologists. We are now looking for additional staff to meet the demand for coordination, designated care contact, and person-centred care.

Your responsibilities
Reception work with your own schedule is the cornerstone, and as a nurse at Eda Health Centre, you will perform tasks that also reduce transfers, so that patients do not need to travel to secondary care.
Other tasks close to primary care include telephone advice and coordination duties. If you have further education in diabetes, you will have the opportunity to work with these issues.
We carry out the coordination duty together with Eda Municipality and secondary care at the hospitals, where we plan for discharge after hospital stays.
Your skills and competencies
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. We consider it an advantage if you have further education in diabetes, emergency care, psychiatry, or experience working in municipal primary care.
As a person, you are flexible, service-oriented, and can work both independently and together with others. You understand your role but also take into account the best interests of the operation in your actions and decisions.
A B-class driver's licence is a requirement as the position involves home visits as part of a team.
Furthermore, you have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
