Doktor.se Nacka Strand Clinic is now looking for an ST physician (specialist trainee) who is interested in the future of primary care.

About the role
As an ST physician, you will work broadly with different patient groups. You are part of the large team but will work independently under supervision and follow your own patients in the smaller team. Here, you will have the opportunity to use your medical knowledge and develop professionally.

Examples of tasks include:

• General practice consultations
• Elderly care
• Child health services
• On-call clinic duties

Good supervision and accessibility to colleagues are our focus. As an ST physician, you should never feel alone in your decisions, and an open consultation climate is highly valued here.

About you
We are looking for someone who is curious and wants to develop medically and professionally. We believe you are a flexible person and engaged in your work as a doctor. We want you to put your patients first and value collaboration with other colleagues. Other qualifications for the position are:

• Medical license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in primary care is an advantage
• You are flexible and can integrate your medical role with the organization's needs.

More practical details
Desired start date as agreed, but naturally, we take your notice period into account.

• The position is a permanent full-time or part-time role with an initial probationary period.
• Your primary placement will be at Clinic, Nacka Strand. Flexible work at our Norra Djurgården unit is also offered and is considered an advantage.
