About the Role
As a Logistics Worker at Wenmec AB, you will work in a vital and varied role where you are responsible for planning, handling, and executing internal and external deliveries according to company procedures, quality requirements, and current regulations. You will become part of a cohesive team with a strong focus on collaboration, team spirit, and high delivery precision.

The position is located in Kil and involves close collaboration with several of the company's internal functions as well as contact with national and international customers and suppliers. The role is suitable for you who thrive in a structured environment where you take responsibility and contribute to efficient logistics flows.

In your role as a Logistics Worker, your main tasks will include:

• Handling incoming goods, including unloading, delivery to storage, and transport to the warehouse or relevant department
• Packing goods and booking domestic and international transport
• Emptying waste containers in the facility
• Proactive monitoring and follow-up of upcoming deliveries to and from Wenmec
• Ongoing contact with national and international customers via email

About You
We are looking for you who have experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport operations, or relevant education in the field. You have good computer skills and are comfortable working with the Office suite, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as well as a forklift certificate, experience with forklift operation, and a Category C driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have education or experience in logistics and transport, a crane certificate, and experience working in business systems, preferably Monitor.

We also see that you are a responsible, engaged, and service-oriented person who enjoys working both independently and with others. You are meticulous, flexible, and solution-oriented with a structured approach to work. You are motivated by creating order and contributing to continuous improvements for yourself and the team.

Key requirements for the role are:

• Forklift certificate and experience with forklift operation
• Category C Driver's License
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
• A structured, meticulous, and service-oriented work approach
