Requirements

What does the role involve?

• Perform nursing duties, procedures, and patient observations
• Provide pre- and postoperative nursing care to patients
• Document care through treatment plans, targeted interventions, and evaluations
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure the best possible patient experience during their stay
• Coordinate patient discharges and collaborate closely with municipal healthcare services
• Supervise and train students and new employees

What qualifications are important in this role?

• Norwegian authorisation as a registered nurse, or completion of nursing education with authorisation expected by summer 2026
• Good IT skills
• Strong Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken
