You travel between home visits by car, bicycle, or on foot.

Job Responsibilities

As a care assistant/nursing assistant in home care, you provide care and support to our users in their own homes. You conduct visits both independently and together with a colleague, meeting several different users during a workday. The number of visits per shift varies.

Your tasks are both varied and important. You work to give our users the opportunity to live a dignified and independent life, despite any disabilities or illnesses. Your work involves collaborating with other professionals to provide the best possible care and support, tailored to each user's needs and conditions.

Your tasks include among other things:

• Personal care
• Mobilization and transfer
• Social support
• Medication management
• Documentation in users' records according to the Social Services Act

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, a genuine interest and commitment to providing support and help to people with disabilities and/or illnesses is required. We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from work/practice within healthcare and social services.
• Has good digital competence and can handle phones, apps, computers, and programs without problems, as well as the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools when needed.
• Has passing grades in Swedish, at least equivalent to grade 9.
• Can transport themselves between home visits by bicycle when tasks are not within walking distance from the workplace.

As a person, you are considerate, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with others. We place great importance on your personal competencies. Nursing assistant education and a Swedish B-driving license are meritorious.
