Tecnicon Byggkonsult is looking for an engaged technical designer who wants to work with 3D scanning, design, and technical investigations in a broad and varied role. Your main tasks include planning and conducting 3D scanning, processing point clouds, design, and preparing technical documentation. The work also covers BIM coordination, simpler measurements such as radon, as well as calculations and quotation work.

You will work both independently and in project teams, where you are involved in the entire chain – from customer contact and sales to delivery.

Your workplace is our office in Örnsköldsvik, and we prefer that you live in the city or are willing to move here. Travel is part of the role, primarily in connection with 3D scanning assignments.

Your formal qualifications

We are looking for you who have a University College (YH) education in construction with experience from the construction industry, or a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. We are also interested in surveying technicians and surveying engineers, where you should have at least a two-year YH education.

- It is meritorious if you have experience from the construction sector and/or experience with geodetic surveying technology.

- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

- Proficiency with computers and knowledge of Microsoft 365 are required.

- Knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is meritorious.

- Experience with Revit or other BIM tools, as well as work with 3D scanning, surveying technology, or point clouds, is meritorious but not a requirement.

- You have a valid driver's license for passenger cars.
