Barnmorskeriet Hyllie is now looking for an engaged and experienced midwife who wants to become part of our growing team. Here, you will work in a practice where quality, accessibility, and person-centered care are in focus, while also having the opportunity to help shape a new practice from the ground up.

About Us

Barnmorskeriet Hyllie currently consists of six midwives and three doctors who together offer care with high medical quality and a strong commitment to women's health throughout the different phases of life.

Despite our rapid growth, our ambition is to maintain the feeling of a small clinic where every patient feels seen, welcome, and important. Personal treatment is a central part of our practice and something we value every day.

Here, decision-making paths are short, the collaboration atmosphere is close, and every employee has the opportunity to influence the development of the practice.

On November 2, 2026, we will open a new branch in central Malmö, which will be part of a women's health center. This initiative offers a unique opportunity to help build and develop a practice in close collaboration with other actors within women's health.

About the Position

This position is primarily linked to our new branch. Initially, you will work at Barnmorskeriet Hyllie to get to know the practice, your colleagues, and our working methods. This will give you a secure introduction and good prerequisites for the establishment of the new clinic.

As a midwife here, you will work with standard outpatient duties, including:

• Pregnancy monitoring and maternal health care
• Contraceptive counseling
• Gynecological health care
• Counseling and patient education
• Sampling and health checks
• Collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals

We are looking for you who

Are a registered midwife and feel confident in your professional role. You have the ability to work independently, make your own decisions, and take responsibility for your work, while also appreciating being part of a team. Menopause training is an advantage.

Since the position eventually involves working in a newly established practice, we are specifically looking for someone who:

• Is solution-oriented and proactive
• Thrives on creating structure and developing working methods
• Has good organizational skills
• Can handle changes in a positive and constructive way
• Has a professional and warm approach
• Is flexible and unpretentious

You will not be working alone, but we are looking for someone who feels comfortable taking personal responsibility and driving issues forward as the practice grows and develops.
