About the Job

As a store employee in our café, you are an important part of the customer experience. You work with sales, preparation, receive deliveries from suppliers, and ensure that the café is always clean, pleasant, and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues in a sometimes very fast-paced environment – workdays are varied and full of energy. You must enjoy this type of environment where things are happening all the time.

In addition to café work, you will participate in the daily work in the store. Together with the team, you ensure that Biltema Bernstorp is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service.

For those who show initiative, there are good chances of extension through a permanent employment after the summer.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. We are therefore looking for you who is a dedicated service-oriented person and has the customer in focus. You like a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, it is important to us that you have drive, want to move forward, and enjoy taking charge of things. You are quick-thinking, see what needs to be done, and like order and tidiness around you. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability as you, among other things, must have strong social skills and be communicative in both Swedish and English. You must be able to start immediately.

For this position, we want you to have experience from a café or restaurant. It is also an advantage if you have experience from retail, preferably within customer service, cash register, and complaints handling. To quickly get into the role, we would like to see a burning interest in our range and product areas or café operations.
