Here is what we offer you

As a vocational teacher in our Electrical and Energy program, you will play a vital role in giving students a strong start in the industry. You will plan and lead teaching both in our workshop environments and out on job sites, together with engaged colleagues and industry partners.

We are a small school with short decision-making paths where you can quickly influence how the education develops. Here you will find experienced colleagues who share their knowledge and provide support and resources for a really good start.

Haven't worked as a teacher before? No worries! We offer a one-year introductory training program that gives you a pedagogical foundation and confidence in the school's governing documents.

Here is what we are looking for

We are looking for you who have experience from the electrical and energy industry and want to help educate future professional experts. You can be a trained vocational teacher or have a relevant professional background and wish to take the step into the teaching role; the most important thing is your engagement, your professional knowledge, and your desire to see young people succeed.

The position is a permanent full-time role where you teach and mentor students in courses within the Electrical and Energy program. You will become an important and driving force in shaping the students' path to working life, both in teaching and as a mentor.

We would like you to enjoy combining practical exercises with theory and to have a structured way of guiding students forward. You will collaborate closely with both colleagues and the industry, and with us, you will be part of the important development work as we build a new and attractive program.

You don't need to have all the answers from the start! With us, there is a strong team that supports you and gives you the best conditions right from the start.
