Ersson's is a family-run business operated by the Ersson family for generations. The journey began with father Mats Ersson, who ran a fish shop and restaurant in Fruängen since the mid-1970s. In 2004, sons Jens and Peter took over the business and have continued to develop the company with the same passion for good food, quality, and personal service.

Today, Jens and Filippa Ersson run Ersson's Saluhall in Sickla and 18Sushi in Ålsten, while Peter and Mia Ersson run Ersson's in Fruängen. Since the opening of Sickla Saluhall in 2005, the business has grown with several new locations, but the foundation remains the same – a love for good ingredients, craftsmanship, and happy customers.

In Sickla, you will find a classic market hall filled with delicacies from the sea, cheese, charcuterie, and ready-made dishes. From being a traditional fish and shellfish shop, Ersson's has grown into a full-scale market hall with a restaurant, catering, takeaway, and delicatessen counters. All food is prepared from scratch with care and carefully selected ingredients.

Experienced Cold Prep Cook Wanted for Ersson's Sickla!

Do you want to work in an established delicatessen with a fast pace, a focus on quality, and a great team spirit? We are now looking for a cold prep cook for Ersson's in Sickla.

About the role:

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Prepare salads, catering orders, meal boxes, and sandwiches
  • Bake bread and make desserts
  • Be responsible for starters, cold dishes, and desserts on the lunch menu
  • Prepare for evening service
  • Work with self-control and hygiene routines
  • Contribute to order, structure, and a well-functioning kitchen

You will become an important part of the kitchen team where quality, pace, and collaboration are in focus.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have experience as a cold prep cook
  • Can work independently and take responsibility for your work
  • Are flexible and enjoy collaborating
  • Thrive in a high-paced work environment
  • Are meticulous, positive, and solution-oriented
  • Speak Swedish

It is an advantage if you are also comfortable working in a hot kitchen and have experience from a delicatessen, catering, or similar operations.

About the employment:

  • Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Working hours: Varying – primarily daytime Monday - Saturday
  • Conditions: Collective agreement applies

The position is intended to be filled in mid-August.
