Team Leader Wanted for Our Burger King Restaurant!

We are looking for an engaged and motivated individual to fill the role of Team Leader at our restaurant. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that our restaurant maintains the highest standards and customer satisfaction. You will lead, coach, and support our team by ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to perform their tasks optimally.

We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for the service industry. Since the work environment is fast-paced, it is essential that you remain calm and can make well-founded decisions even in stressful situations.

To qualify for the Team Leader role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in the fast-food industry or a similar sector.
• Experience in a leadership role or similar position.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach employees.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
