Are you our Kitchen Manager at Sjöstaden Skybar?

We are looking for you who have worked in high-standard à la carte kitchens, held a supervisory role for some time, and want to join us on the journey to becoming a classic on Södermalm. You have natural leadership skills, are quality-conscious, and want to work with a team that loves the guest. The position is scheduled during daytime, evening hours, and weekends.

About the role

Your main tasks are to work actively in service and lead the kitchen team in daily operations in a structured and efficient manner. You ensure food quality and make sure everyone is working towards the same goals. You are responsible for purchasing and ensuring that ingredient costs and personnel costs are kept in check. You work closely with the Head Chef, who is your direct manager. The primary administrative responsibility lies with the Head Chef, who will also be active in production and service.

We believe you have

• At least 3 years of experience as a cook from a high-standard à la carte kitchen.
• Experience in a supervisory role, such as sous chef.
• Good leadership skills.
• Passion and interest in cooking.
