Restaurant Staff / Sandwich Artist – Full Time

About the Role

As a restaurant staff member at Subway®, you will work with both customer service and the daily operations of the restaurant. You are a positive team player who takes responsibility for your work and shows that you are willing to go the extra mile to deliver quality and exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily operations during shifts.
• Ensure that Subway's procedures and quality standards are followed.
• Introduce and mentor new staff members.
• Handle product orders and inventory control.
• Receive deliveries and monitor product flow.
• Handle cash reporting and end-of-day closing.
• Plan staffing together with the restaurant manager.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety procedures are maintained.
• Actively work on sales and customer service.
• Prepare and serve Subway products according to company standards.
• Handle cash register and payments.
• Contribute to keeping the restaurant clean, well-organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience in practical work with responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English.
• Experience in staff mentoring is a plus.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
• High sense of service and customer interaction.
