We love creating memorable dining experiences, whether it’s a corporate lunch, a banquet for 300 guests, or a coffee break service at Berwaldhallen during a magical concert evening. As a barista/server (kallskänka) with us, you will become an important part of a tight-knit and family-like team. The work is varied and developmental – one day you might stand next to our head chef developing new menus, the next day preparing dishes for a large event, or baking something delicious for a client meeting. Sometimes we leave our kitchen in Solna to work on-site with clients, around the city, or backstage at Berwaldhallen, where we run café and bar operations for Sveriges Radio at over a hundred concerts per year. It is precisely this variety and pace that make the job exciting, and here you will have the opportunity to grow and put your own stamp on both menus and customer experiences.

We are looking for someone with restaurant training and at least five years of experience in the restaurant and/or catering industry. You are creative, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. We would appreciate experience in catering as well as an interest in desserts and baking. A driver’s license is a great advantage, but most importantly, we value your passion for the profession and your drive to always go the extra mile.

The position is full-time, primarily weekdays during daytime hours between 8 AM – 5 PM, although evening and weekend work occurs. We are affiliated with a collective bargaining agreement and offer a workplace with a strong team spirit, extensive knowledge, and a focus on quality and sustainability – both for the climate and the economy.
