Restaurant Assistant at Craft & Draft Arlanda

Craft n' Draft is a gastropub where food and beer take center stage. Ingredients inspired by the whole world are transformed into our exciting menu. Being able to offer you the beer and food that we ourselves love to eat and drink is the philosophy that permeates Craft n' Draft, both in the kitchen and at the bar.

We are looking for you who want to work on an as-needed basis with serving or at the bar. At Craft n' Draft, high tempo and a strong focus on quality are key. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as communicate well with colleagues. Order and tidiness are your watchwords.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team characterized by professional and cheerful collaboration, where you take personal responsibility for contributing to this. The pace at our units will often be high, and the work requires us to be both efficient and stress-resistant.

Your Qualifications

• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Working hours are early mornings, evenings, and weekends. It is important that you can commute to and from work during these times.
• You must be at least 20 years old as we serve alcohol and you may be required to act as the responsible server (according to the Alcohol Act (2010:1622) Chapter 8, Section 18).
• Meritorious: Previous experience in serving and bar work.

Other Information

In your application, you must state your citizenship and provide a passport as proof. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
