You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and perhaps speak one or more other languages. Your tasks
We are currently looking for nursing assistants for our team in Lund. The main task as a nursing assistant at Abello Home Care involves:

• having a professional attitude, meaning you always maintain high quality in care and interaction.

• being flexible and development-oriented.

• taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate.

• being able to work independently with implementation plans.

• working as a fixed care contact.

• documenting daily in Lifecare and other documentation systems.

• you are the most important link. We work based on a contact person model where you, working with our customers, should make it easy to contact us, both for the customer, relatives, and others around the customer.

Your tasks include personal care, hygiene, cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal assistance, transfers, medication delegation, and creating implementation plans.

This position involves "evening shifts," which means work in the afternoon/evening, as well as work in the afternoon/evening every other weekend.

Your profile/merits

• Licensed nursing assistant, please attach your protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen).

• Category B driver's license, but it is also good if you can cycle.

• Arabic-speaking.

• Education in dementia/cognitive impairment, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care.

Salary
We have collective agreements and individual salary setting.
