Your tasks
We are currently looking for practical nurses for our team in Lund. The main task as a practical nurse at Abello Home Care involves:

• Having a professional attitude, meaning you always maintain high quality in care and interaction.
• Being flexible and development-oriented.
• Taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate.
• Being able to work independently with implementation plans.
• Working as a permanent contact person for care.
• Documenting daily in Lifecare and other documentation systems.
• Being the most important link. We work based on a contact person model where you, working with our clients, should make it easy to contact us, both for the client, relatives, and others around the client.

Your tasks include, among other things, personal care, hygiene, cleaning, laundry, shopping, help with meals, transfers, medication delegation, and creating implementation plans.

This position is for "day shifts," which means working during the day, as well as working during the day every other weekend.

Your profile / Merits

• Licensed practical nurse (undersköterska), please attach your protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen).
• Category B driver's license, but it is also good if you can cycle.
• Arabic-speaking.
• Education in dementia/cognitive impairment, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care.

Salary
We have collective agreements and individual salary setting.
