Your role as Project Manager

To strengthen our team within the project organization, we are looking for a Project Manager for testing projects. You will be part of a main project with various functions represented and will be responsible for your own testing project within the main project. The project teams have a high level of communication and great engagement. As a Project Manager for testing projects, you will lead test projects of various sizes, both commercial and R&D, covering electrical, mechanical, routine, and material testing. The testing project is the foundation for demonstrating that the designed solution meets all requirements.

You are primarily responsible for:

• Ensuring tests are delivered with quality and that the schedule is adhered to
• The project's budget, results, and resources related to your area
• Technical preparation, documentation, and material orders
• Communication with relevant parties regarding the project's status and progress

The role involves continuously working with risk management and finding suitable solutions that meet the needs arising in the project. Therefore, it is important that you focus on safety and the working environment related to the various activities.

You as a Project Manager

In a world that is constantly changing, it is important to be able to adapt and have an organized method for handling projects. You have an inner motivation to perform well and show engagement by assisting your colleagues. You are engaged in improving the department's working methods and generously share your experiences.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong technical interest and curiosity to learn new things
• Is a university engineer (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) or has a similar education
• Has experience working in customer and delivery projects
• Communicates well verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
