WORK TASKS

Do you want a meaningful job where you create security and provide care for our clients in home care services?

As a substitute in home care, you play an important role in providing care, support, and dignity. You will substitute for permanent staff during their absence or work when the operations have an extra need for staff.

With good treatment, high service level, and professionalism, you perform assistance-assessed interventions based on the implementation plan.

The role requires significant personal responsibility, and tasks include personal care, shopping, laundry, cleaning, and social documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a genuine commitment to care and support. We would prefer that you have previous experience working in elderly care.

You are responsible, sensitive to the individual's needs, and able to quickly adapt your work and prioritize according to current conditions. We assume that you have an easy time building relationships and that you have respectful treatment and good empathetic skills.

You can work independently, are responsible, and confident.

It is an advantage if you have completed or are currently studying the Care and Nursing Program, the Nursing Program, or another suitable care education.

In all areas, you need to master the Swedish language well in speech and writing and be open to delegated responsibility for medication. You should have good computer skills as we work with electronic documentation.

To work in our operations, you must be 18 years old.

A category B driver's license is required for work in home care services. You need to be an experienced driver regardless of weather conditions.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE AND TERMS

Employment type: Summer job / Vacation work.
Duration: 3-6 months, Start date: Start date by agreement. It can be immediate or as soon as possible before summer. In our questionnaire, you answer when you wish to start working.

In the questionnaire linked to the application, you answer among other things if you want to work full-time or part-time, and within which type of operation you prefer to work. You also state when you wish to start and which weeks you have the opportunity to work this summer.
