We are now looking for a Key Account Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. The assignment is a temporary-to-permanent recruitment with a start as soon as possible and an estimated duration of approximately 6 months, with a good opportunity for employment with the client if the match is right.

You will be employed by Addilon Professionals and work as a consultant at the client's company.

The Assignment

Our client is in an expansion phase and needs to strengthen its team to meet increased demand. As a Key Account Manager, you will have a central position responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships and driving business forward in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for customers and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Drive and be responsible for the entire sales process
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify new business opportunities
• Lead business projects and coordinate internal and external resources
• Analyze the market and customer needs and contribute to business and product strategy

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably with a connection to the automotive sector
• Good technical understanding combined with business acumen
• Experience in sales, purchasing, or negotiation in an international environment
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of the Office package and experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Ability to travel for work, both nationally and internationally
