Located just minutes from the E20 highway in Jonslund, Dahrén is a European leader in copper and aluminum winding wire for electric motors, generators, and transformers. The headquarters and production facilities are located in Jonslund, with a sales office in Germany and both a factory and sales office in Poland. Dahrén employs 340 people, of whom 220 are based in Sweden.

Do you want to work close to production and drive technically advanced investment projects from concept to finished solution? Dahrén is now looking for a Project Manager who wants to help develop future manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will belong to the production technology department and work on the long-term development of the business through internal projects that you drive from start to finish. You will have a central role in managing machine investments and new installations, handling the entire project process - from feasibility studies to implementation and follow-up.

This means you will:

• Prepare decision support materials and cost estimates for investments
• Lead projects with responsibility for time, cost, and quality
• Drive the implementation of new machines and production solutions
• Actively work to improve productivity and quality
• Collaborate with internal and external functions

Travel to suppliers in Europe will be required in various phases of the projects.

The position is a direct employment with Dahrén, based full-time in Jonslund.

Profile

We are looking for you who are a confident and self-driven project manager who thrives in a "hub" role. You have a structured approach, strong personal drive, and a clear focus on solutions. You have a technical educational background, preferably a post-secondary education, and a genuine interest in technology.

Furthermore, we see that you:

• Have good experience driving projects within industry or production
• Are accustomed to working structured with multiple parallel activities
• Have good communication skills and thrive in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have good computer literacy and work comfortably with the Office suite
• Have good knowledge of CAD and reading drawings.
