Sätra Health Centre currently has around 30 employees and provides primary care in a multicultural area. We have a doctor's office, district nurse office, Child Health Care Centre (BVC) at the family centre, a psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, home visits, as well as specialist clinics for diabetes, hypertension, and leg ulcers, among others. Our staff group is highly engaged and participates in the development of the business in all its parts. We value good collaboration between all professional categories and a good atmosphere where a strong sense of community permeates the workplace. We place great emphasis on personality and that you have a willingness to collaborate.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will have close collaboration with all professions at the health centre. Your competence is an important prerequisite for our joint mission to support, treat, and guide people towards a healthier life.

As a nurse with us, you will among other things:

• Work with telephone advice.
• Perform both planned and acute reception work.
• Work with preventive healthcare.
• Conduct home visits and care planning.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who find it easy to collaborate with others while having the ability to structure and take great personal responsibility for your tasks. You have our patients' best interests in focus and are skilled at communicating with your surroundings, both patients and colleagues. You adapt easily to changing situations and see the importance of contributing to good cohesion in the workplace.

In the role of nurse, you must:

• Be a registered nurse with at least four years of experience in the profession.
• Have the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare.
• Hold a valid B driver's license.

For this position, it is meritorious if you are trained as a district nurse, have completed diabetes training or alternatively asthma/COPD training. If you have previous experience of primary care work and/or have worked with an asthma/COPD clinic, this is also considered meritorious.
