District Nurse/Registered Nurse at Ockelbo Health Centre

Ockelbo Health Centre has 5,200 registered patients, and we provide standard primary care including clinic visits, Child Health Centre (BVC), psychosocial team services, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and home visits. We are part of "Min vård Gävleborg" (My Care Gävleborg), which offers digital healthcare services to create more accessible and equitable care.

With our 25 employees, we have broad expertise, but to become even better, we are looking for two colleagues who want to develop our operations together with us. We welcome your application!

Job Responsibilities

At our centre, we strive to continuously improve our operations and develop new working methods. Among other things, we offer nurse-led clinics and work in teams to provide patients with the best possible care.

As a District Nurse/Registered Nurse with us, you will work with:

• Clinic work, both planned and emergency.
• Telephone advice.
• Digital visits.
• Home visits.

Opportunities to work at the Child Health Centre (BVC) are available for District Nurses. The position includes occasional shifts, approximately 6 to 8 shifts per year, on the family doctor on-call duty during unsocial hours, as well as standby on-call duty.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is engaged and thrives in close collaboration with all professions at the health centre in a varied daily routine. You are interested in development and improvement work and are confident in your professional role. You also have the ability to treat people in a professional and empathetic manner.

In the role of District Nurse/Registered Nurse, you must:

• Be a licensed District Nurse or Registered Nurse.
• Hold a valid Category B driver's license.
