The psychiatric outpatient clinic in Bollnäs is a general psychiatric clinic for residents aged 18 and up. We are responsible for specialized outpatient psychiatry and offer interventions aimed at promoting health, recovery, and increased quality of life.

At the clinic in Bollnäs, we are approximately 35 employees who together contribute to a good working environment, where cooperation, care, and support for each other are a natural part of everyday life. The psychiatric clinic in Bollnäs is responsible for the residents of the municipalities of Bollnäs and Ovanåker.

We are now looking for an engaged nurse for the general team at the clinic. The position is a rotational position.

Job Responsibilities

Work at the clinic takes place in close cooperation with other professional categories within the clinic as well as in collaboration with other public operations. At our clinic, in addition to nurses, doctors, care assistants, social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries work.

As a nurse with us, you will among other things work with:

• Medication follow-up, medication management, and drug screening
• Suicide prevention and structurally supportive measures
• Telephone counseling
• Home visits
• Supportive and motivational conversations
• Internal and external collaboration

Qualifications

We are looking for a stable and engaged person who thrives in close cooperation with all professions in a varied everyday life. We also see that you are meticulous and have good administrative skills. You are confident in your professional role, have a genuine interest in working with people with mental illness, and have the ability to treat people in a professional and empathetic manner. In the role of nurse, you must:

• Be a licensed nurse
• Have a valid B driver's license
• Have good administrative skills

For this position, it is meritorious if you have experience of psychiatric work.
