We are now looking for a team member for a position of approximately 50%, scheduled for day/afternoon/weekend shifts, with the possibility of taking on team leader responsibilities. You should be a calm and secure person. Commitment, sensitivity, and respectfulness are qualities that are second nature to you.

You will work both independently and in a group. We prefer that you have prior experience in a team leader role. We are looking for someone who is good at seeing the bigger picture within the work group, organizing, and planning. Flexibility is required for this role.

Our client is a young woman, and you will be her support in daily life, helping her with communication as well as her development and stimulation. Since the client does not have her own speech, you as a personal assistant should feel comfortable interpreting, speaking, and creating interaction in daily life. It is about a positive girl with a great zest for life.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

We are explicitly seeking a woman for this position, as the client requests this and there are moments involving close personal care. Your tasks include help with exercise, activities, daily living, and hygiene. You should be physically fit; there are no direct lifting tasks, but the client needs help with transfers and walking practice.

We are primarily looking for the right person – someone who can be personal while acting professionally. Your contribution will be appreciated, and you will be part of a happy and wonderful work team.

Introduction and training are provided on-site, as well as access to FMF Assistans' training program and wellness benefits.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with autism and epilepsy, among other conditions.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience in care and nursing work.
• Previous experience in a team leader role.
• Swimming proficiency.
• Non-smoker.

Working Hours/Employment Percentage

• Start immediately or as agreed.
• Day/afternoon/weekend / 50%
• We are also looking for hourly employees. Extra shifts as needed, during the regular assistant's sick leave or vacation.
