We are now looking for a nurse assistant who wants to become part of our operations.

Your Role

As a nurse assistant at Lokstallarna Health Centre, you have a varied and important role in daily work. You are often one of the first people our patients meet, thereby contributing to the patient's experience of their visit. The work takes place in close and cross-professional collaboration with your colleagues, where you together contribute to developing the operations into an attractive health centre for both patients and staff.

Your main tasks will include:

• Working with nurse assistant-based reception
• Staffing our laboratory
• Being part of our team treating difficult-to-heal wounds
• Assisting doctors
• Performing administrative tasks, such as inventory orders
• Collaborating with colleagues regarding patient work, common working methods, and a good working environment

Working hours are during the day on weekdays (excluding holidays), with occasional shifts at the shared Urgent Care Clinic.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who want to work in a varied and values-driven manner at a health centre – with patient meetings, sample collection, administration, and close contact with colleagues. You are organized, have a good ability to collaborate, and feel confident making priorities in daily work. In meetings with patients and colleagues, you are responsive and uphold equal treatment, where the equal value of all is a clear starting point. You want to help create a working environment where we help each other, learn from each other, and develop the operations together.

Qualifications

• Nurse assistant education, at least at the upper secondary level
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Knowledge and ability to use digital tools in work, for example for documentation, information search, and email

Merits

Lokstallarna Health Centre is located centrally in Jönköping and is a workplace where approximately 8,950 patients and around 40 employees meet every day.
