Your new job

Your primary tasks will consist of performing service work in the customer's home, such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping. In addition to these tasks, care duties are also performed. You will work to strengthen and support the individual's own abilities based on needs and wishes. Furthermore, we always work based on the citizen's implementation plan and fixed care contact, as well as given guidelines and routines. A central part of the work is also social documentation and communication, which are included in your duties. As an employee in home care, you have a significant role where you work to provide individualized service, care, and social stimulation – always with the individual in focus. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a valuable everyday life for our citizens with a high level of service.

Your qualifications

In the first place, we are looking for you who have previous experience in service/cleaning and/or care. For this position, it is required that you have good physical fitness. We place great importance on personal suitability. Previous work experience from elderly care is an advantage. You speak, write, and read fluent Swedish, as there is contact with citizens, relatives, documentation, and reading of information relevant to the work. Social documentation is an important digitalized work tool, so we would appreciate it if you have good computer skills.

Good cycling skills and a B-driver's license are a requirement for the position.

As a person, we see that you are empathetic and caring, and that you see the equal value of all people. You are passionate about providing good service. Furthermore, you present solutions that highlight emerging situations to your colleagues and other professions. Having a professional attitude is something you consider a given. You are confident in working independently and feel comfortable prioritizing and making decisions – in close collaboration with colleagues. It is important that you work well with others through attentiveness, communication, and a constructive approach.

Welcome to us

Dunkehalla's home care coverage area extends over the areas of Dalvik, Hisingsängen, Sveahäll, Skänkeberg, and Axamo. The staff group currently consists of 29 dedicated employees who are passionate about providing good care and support to our customers. Our group premises are located at Dalvik Center.

Good to know

The recruitment concerns one permanent position where the working hours are scheduled for day and evening, weekdays as well as weekends.

The tasks vary depending on the working hours. During daytime on weekdays, the role focuses on service efforts, while work during evenings and weekends mainly covers care efforts.
