ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for holiday and hourly substitutes for the LSS (Support and Service for Certain Disabilities) operations within Individual and Family Care.

As a substitute, you will assist individuals with measures according to LSS. You should put the person at the center and provide support based on needs so that their own abilities are maintained and developed. Good treatment, good communication, coordination, documentation, structure, and care are important keywords in our employees' daily lives. LSS Group Homes

In our 12 group homes, people live there where age and functional variations vary. We work in teams, but individual work also occurs. We work with the person in focus and strive to provide the best possible service and support. The job involves day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Personal Assistance and LSS Measures 0-20 Years

As a personal assistant, your task is to be present in the assistant user's daily life and support the person to live the life they want to live. We have several personal assistance assignments where functional variation, gender, and age vary. You work in the individual's home and are the user's extended arms and legs. You will be part of a group of assistants with long experience in the profession. Working hours vary with day, evening, and weekend according to schedule. Awake nights and on-call nights also occur.

We also have other LSS measures for the target group 0-20 years where substitutes may be needed, including relief at home and our short-term accommodation Karlavagnen.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT

Duration: Hourly substitute as agreed and holiday substitute during the period June - August.
