About the workplace
The office for Home Care South 1 is located at Landskronavägen 23, and you will work with customers living in Planteringen and Råå.
You will be part of a local management group consisting of three coordinators, one administrator, and one unit manager. Together, we work to create the best conditions for our employees in their work and to ensure our customers receive the help they need.

Responsibilities
As a coordinator, you will handle a variety of tasks. Among other things, you will administer and distribute operations for day and evening shifts, and understand and promote a balanced economy and a safe working environment. The work involves various areas of responsibility, such as working according to the decided quality assurance process within home care according to the Social Services Act, working according to planning processes, and documenting in LifeCare. Furthermore, you will work in "Mina Planer" (My Plans) to ensure good collaboration when receiving new customers and patients returning home from the hospital. The work also involves preparations for various meetings where you are expected to have an active and supportive role as well as chairing meetings.
You will collaborate closely with the unit manager and your fellow coordinators regarding scheduling, monitoring staffing needs, and evaluating temporary staff. You will also ensure staffing planning for temporary staff during absences and periods of high workload, based on the needs of the operations. Part of your time will involve coordinating the introduction of newly hired employees.
The role of coordinator will also involve working out in home care. This may concern planned or unplanned care interventions for customers.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse (undersköterska), are comfortable working with various digital tools, and are confident in your documentation skills. You need to have basic computer skills. Furthermore, you must be willing to be delegated and perform delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act, have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license.
It is meritorious if you have previously worked with LifeCare (LCU, LCP, and LMO), Mina Planer, and Medvind. Experience in similar work is also considered meritorious.
