Are you a trained assistant nurse looking to develop in a role that combines independence, variety, and responsibility? We are now looking for an engaged planner for Home Care Rosen in Lund Municipality – an important function where you will have the opportunity to grow and contribute to ensuring our users receive the best possible care.

About the role and your tasks

You are employed as an assistant nurse and work daytime hours from 06:30–15:00, with shifts every other weekend. In this role, you combine care work with administrative tasks.

As a planner, you are responsible for planning and scheduling approved services for our users. You play a central role with many contact points and collaborate continuously with users, relatives, colleagues, managers, and coordinators. The work takes place in the Lifecare and HR portal systems. There is also a coordinator in the unit who works Monday to Friday, and the two planners share weekend duties.

The position is a permanent employment as an assistant nurse. The planner assignment runs for six months at a time, with good opportunities for extension. We offer full-time work equivalent to 36 hours and 20 minutes per week.

Qualifications

• Trained assistant nurse.
• Experience in similar work is meritorious, for example within elderly care.
• Good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Good digital competence, for example in connection with documentation.
• Cycling proficiency is required for work within home care services.

You are responsible, engaged, flexible, and responsive – to users, relatives, and colleagues. You understand how important it is that every individual is involved and has influence over their daily life.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is important that you maintain calm and focus, even in situations where many things are happening at once or during rapid changes. You need to be confident in yourself and able to set boundaries when necessary.

About the workplace

Home Care Rosen is centrally located on Brunnsgatan in Lund, easily accessible by bus or on foot from the central station.

Lund Municipality’s home care is divided into several geographical areas. In each area, assistant nurses and care assistants work in teams with health care personnel under the leadership of a unit manager. Each area includes a unit administrator and a coordinator/planner.
