Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for operations, sales, and results within the fresh food department. Your main tasks include:

• Working actively towards the budget and ensuring good profitability.
• Leading, coaching, and developing employees and the team.
• Planning staffing and resource allocation.
• Ensuring a well-stocked, structured, and inspiring store.
• Drawing world-class customer service together with the team.
• Working with follow-up, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience from a leadership position within a grocery store.

Merits:

• Knowledge of food hygiene and self-control.
• ICA training (e.g., BLU, FLU).
• Knowledge of catering.
• Experience with online commerce.
