Finjagården works with group therapy combined with individual interventions. We work based on structured treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, and PE. A quality system ensures documented treatment results. A quality system with follow-up for clients, relatives, and commissioners creates transparency, participation, and security.

We work from a biopsychosocial perspective, which means that we work with the client in teams with different functions (coach/therapist/SSK). We take into account all parts of the biological, psychological, and social aspects in our treatment process. From this perspective, it is of great importance that there is good internal collaboration and insight into each other's parts to be able to work with these simultaneously.

Our Units

The units Parken/Loftet have a total of 20 places distributed across two units. Here we receive women and men aged 21–60. We accept clients with mental health issues such as emotional instability, PTSD, self-harm issues, eating disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities, OCD, anxiety issues, depression, suicidal and self-destructive behavior, and other mental comorbidity combined with substance abuse.

The unit Villan has 7 places. Here we receive women and men aged 18–50. We accept clients with mental health issues such as emotional instability, PTSD, self-harm issues, eating disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities, trauma, anxiety issues, OCD, depression, suicidal and self-destructive behavior.

We are now looking for hourly substitutes for our units. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and sleeping on-call duty.

As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In the role, it is important that you show great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when necessary. The work involves close and trusting cooperation with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and collaboration skills. It is important that you can distinguish between the personal and professional. You must have a professional attitude towards our clients, commissioners, and colleagues. The work requires that you are responsible and non-hierarchical – we work with clients who have it hard, and they deserve that we take responsibility every day to do our utmost to help them reach their goals.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Extracts from the criminal record will be submitted prior to employment.

For this position, you must be/have:

• Social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or other completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Experience in treatment work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills as documentation occurs to a high extent.
• Category B driver's license.

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge of neuropsychiatric diagnoses.
