You step into a central design role where you will help shape digital services for broad and diverse target groups. Here, you work both close to the details of the interface and more long-term on building a scalable design system that works across multiple platforms and brands.

This role suits you if you combine strong visual craftsmanship with systems thinking and enjoy exploring new ways of working. You will translate insights, brand strategy, and design principles into concrete UI solutions, while contributing to creating a consistent, accessible, and usable digital experience. You also work in an environment where AI-supported workflows are part of the development, giving you the opportunity to influence how design and development collaborate moving forward.

• You translate insights, brand strategy, and design principles into thoughtful UI solutions.
• You drive design work with a systems perspective and create interfaces that function at scale.
• You contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable and robust design system.
• You work with design tokens such as color, typography, and spacing to create consistency between design and development.
• You integrate accessibility and inclusive design throughout the entire design process.
• You create design concepts and prototypes that clarify solutions and support further development.
• You collaborate closely with developers and other roles to ensure that UI solutions are feasible and well-implemented.
• You participate in evaluation and requirement setting when selecting and implementing third-party solutions.
• You contribute to the development of AI-supported workflows within design and development.

• You have strong competence in UI Design and User Interface Design.
• You have experience with Figma.
• You have experience creating design concepts and design prototypes.
• You have a good understanding of Interaction Design as well as UX / User Experience Design.
• You have experience with Design System Development and working with design systems.
• You have experience with design tokens.
• You have knowledge in User Research and Design Thinking.
• You are accustomed to working according to Agile Principles.
• You have experience with Accessibility (WCAG).
• You can work cross-functionally and bridge the gap between design and development.
• You have experience creating scalable solutions for large and diverse target groups.
• You have an interest in and experience with AI-driven design processes.
