Your responsibilities:
You work broadly within general practice and meet patients of all ages and life situations. The role is varied and developmental, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to high medical quality and continuity. You also supervise students as well as AT (internship) and ST (specialization) doctors and are a support for colleagues in medical assessments. As MLA, you become a key person in our work with quality, patient safety, and medical development. You work closely with the operations manager and have significant influence over how we together shape the future of primary care.
