As an administrator with us, you play a central role in the operations, responsible for creating structure, handling documentation, and ensuring that daily administration runs smoothly. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, but who can also prioritize and adapt to new conditions.

In this role, you will among other things:

• coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties
• book and administer visits and meetings
• handle correspondence via 1177
• provide telephone advice on administrative matters
• act as a hub for the various collaboration partners of the Habilitation department
• contribute to developing and improving administrative routines
• assist with certain follow-ups on assistive devices

Requirements:

• Trained nursing assistant (Care and Nursing Programme or vocational package via adult education) or alternatively trained rehabilitation assistant or other relevant experience from healthcare
• Experience in administrative work and good computer skills

Merits:

• Experience with the medical record systems TakeCare or Cosmic

Personal qualities

We are looking for you who are service-oriented and have a professional and helpful attitude. You have the ability to work independently, make your own decisions, and prioritize your tasks in a structured and careful manner, with a good sense for detail. You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and are comfortable working both via phone and in digital channels. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, while being independent and taking initiative.
