Do you want to take clear business responsibility for some of the largest sawmill customers in the Nordics and Europe – in a company that combines commercial strength with a strong sustainability focus? Trioworld is on an exciting growth journey and is now looking for a Key Account Manager within Timber for the Industrial Film division, with a possible location in Sundsvall and surrounding areas.
In the role of Key Account Manager, you are responsible for Trioworld's largest customers within the timber segment, with a focus on developing existing key customers in both Sweden and Europe, as well as identifying and driving new business opportunities.
You own the entire sales process from dialogue and quotation to follow-up and further development of the business. The sales are relationship-driven and take place in a business characterized by large volumes, price negotiations, and in some cases tenders, where you are responsible for securing both profitability and growth.
The role involves driving dialogues at multiple levels within the customer organization, from production and procurement to sustainability and management. You work closely with internal functions such as production, customer service, and management to ensure delivery and quality, while continuously monitoring volumes, pricing, and customer development over time.
You belong to the Industrial Film division and collaborate closely with colleagues in Sweden as well as KAM functions in Denmark. Geographically, the role covers primarily Sweden, with a focus on northern Sweden and Småland, as well as travel to Europe.
We are looking for you who have a few years of documented experience in successful B2B sales towards sawmills, the wood industry, or related industrial segments. You are accustomed to driving and developing businesses with larger customers, where volume deals and price negotiations are a natural part of the work, and you have the ability to both develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. We would appreciate experience of international sales or business on a European market.
As a person, you are business-driven and confident in dialogues regarding price, volume, and business. You are relationship-building and enjoy working close to the customer, often on-site. Furthermore, you work in a structured manner and take responsibility for driving your business forward over time. An interest in sustainability issues and how they can create customer value is seen as an important part of the role.
