About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of the company, handling both customer inquiries and administrative tasks, always with a focus on delivering a positive and professional customer experience. You will become part of a team where collaboration, flat hierarchy, and helpfulness permeate daily life. Here, you will receive a thorough introduction and the opportunity to develop in line with the business.

The responsibilities include among other things:

• Handling incoming calls and emails
• Portfolio and contract management
• Providing support regarding the company's services and products
• Answering questions about portfolios, reports, and issuances
• Support in administration and office tasks

Who Are You?

Your personal qualities will weigh most heavily in this recruitment.

To be considered, we see that you:

• Have at least a high school education, preferably in economics or similar
• Have 1–2 years of experience in customer contact, for example from retail, hotels, restaurants, or customer service
• Are driven, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Have good communication skills and are easy to build trust in customer interactions
• Fluently master Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have an interest in economics, finance, or saving.
