The manufacturing process covers all stages from casting to the finished product. In addition to the core production activities, the site also houses a distribution center, finance department, product development, IT, HR, and more.

We are now looking for our next Testing Specialist to join and complement our existing team in Emmaboda.

Job Description

As a Testing Specialist, you play a vital role in providing technical support for all testing facilities at our production site in Emmaboda. This is a varied role where you are involved in several different processes regarding the testing of our pumps. Responsibilities include planning and conducting customer visits, documenting and following up on statistics related to pump testing, conducting training sessions for internal departments, purchasing testing equipment, and developing relevant internal guidelines for testing work. You will also be the system owner for our testing software.

You will be part of our Quality Department and will be the third Testing Specialist in the team. You report to the Site Quality Manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with varied working days, both in terms of pace and tasks, and who has the ability to drive multiple processes forward in parallel. The role involves both outward-facing and administrative tasks, and it is important that you enjoy this variety. As a Testing Specialist, you are often our face to customers during visits and testing inspections, and we expect you to conduct these in a service-oriented and pedagogical manner.

Furthermore, we look for the following qualifications:

• A completed technical education at university or college level
• Previous experience working in quality, testing, and/or inspection within a manufacturing industry
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A strong technical interest
