Mathematics Teacher for Praktiska Gymnasiet Linköping

Praktiska Gymnasiet is an apprenticeship high school where just over 440 students study and we have 43 employees. We offer national programs such as Construction and Installation, Vehicle Program, Craft Program (including floristry, hair and makeup styling, and hairdressing), Sales and Service Program, Electricity and Energy Program, and Plumbing Program, as well as the Vocational Introduction Program. Today, Praktiska operates 34 high schools from Luleå in the north to Ystad in the south, with around 10,000 students and approximately 800 employees.

Your Background

We are expanding our staff at Praktiska. We are looking for a certified teacher in mathematics combined with another subject.

You should be proactive and positive towards the continuous development of our operations in close collaboration with your colleagues. We are looking for someone with drive, willingness, and experience who wants the privilege of being involved in the development of our educational activities.

Our goal is for all students to reach as far as possible in their learning. We know that a skilled, experienced, and curious teacher with positive expectations of the students in the classroom makes a difference. We prepare students for working life or further studies, and your biggest task is to guide them there. We are now looking for you who wants to help us succeed with our students.

You are responsible and have an easy time collaborating. In your work, you collaborate with students, guardians, other teaching staff, and student health services.

You are well acquainted with the school's regulations and have knowledge and experience in the area. We are looking for someone with great commitment and drive who wants to contribute to the operation achieving its set goals. The person we see in our team is creative and open to new ideas and ways of thinking.

The position is a permanent employment starting as agreed. The permanent position is preceded by a 6-month probationary period.
