About the position

As a plumbing technician within service, you work with the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes and equipment for heating, water, and sanitation in, for example, residential buildings, hospitals, retail spaces, and offices.

You work based on work orders and plan your own work tasks, methods, materials, and equipment to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and with the right quality. The role involves daily customer contact where you represent the company and contribute to a professional and solution-oriented experience.

You report to the Department Manager and work closely with service leaders and colleagues within plumbing.

Your main responsibilities

• Perform assembly and service work according to work orders
• Plan and order materials via the purchasing system, phone, and email
• Ensure quality through self-inspections and pressure testing
• Follow the company's management system regarding quality, environment, and working environment
• Participate in and work according to the working environment plan (AMP)
• Report deviations to the service leader
• Maintain ongoing contact and feedback with the customer
• Report hours daily according to current routines
• Comply with the company's car policy

Your background

We are looking for you who have previous experience as a plumbing technician, preferably within service. You are confident in your professional role and used to working independently at the customer's site. You have a good understanding of how the work is planned and carried out with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.

We see that you have:

• Vocational certificate as a plumbing technician
• Training in Hot Work
• Training in Safe Water
• Category B driver's license is a requirement
