Quality Manager at Swenergy

We are now looking for a Quality Manager who wants to combine the development of quality systems and processes with close, practical work in the operations. This role is perfect for you if you thrive equally well in improving methods and routines as you do in ensuring they are followed in everyday work.

About the role

As Quality Manager, you will share responsibility with the management for the company's quality work and quality systems.

You will work closely with production, purchasing, and sales, playing a central role in developing, monitoring, and ensuring the company's quality efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's current and future quality systems
• Drive the development and improvement of the company's quality processes
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Handle deviations and corrective actions
• Review raw materials, specifications, and supplier documentation
• Ensure that Certificates of Analysis (COA) are obtained, checked, and archived
• Conduct supplier assessments and approvals
• Participate in work related to product specifications
• Assist with audits and quality follow-ups

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in quality work within food, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries
• Has a good understanding of quality systems, documentation, and processes
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious
• Has strong administrative skills
• Is self-motivated and proactive
• Communicates well in Swedish and English

Experience from other industries with well-developed quality systems may also be relevant.

Merits

• Experience with HACCP
• Experience with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GMP, or similar standards
• Experience with supplier assessments and audits
• Experience with labeling and regulatory issues within food or dietary supplements
