About the Company

Escape Game Alingsås has been established in Alingsås for eight years, welcoming hundreds of visitors every month who take on our self-developed challenges, similar to the concept of "Prisoners on the Fort". Feel free to visit our website if you wonder what it's all about. We now need additional game masters to take care of our guests.

Responsibilities

As a game master, you welcome our guests, introduce them, and guide them through the challenges via cameras and computers. You ensure that they are satisfied after their visit. After the visit, you restore the challenges for the next group by putting things back in their places and cleaning up. This role is largely about being accommodating and having a service-oriented mindset, but also solving problems independently. If a lock breaks, you fix it; if a customer is unhappy, you listen and solve it – always with a smile on your lips!

There is also some maintenance and repair work involved for our premises, so we are looking for people who can handle tools and are not afraid to repair things, from screwing a bookshelf to the wall to gluing pictures or changing cables.

Skills

We are open to all previous backgrounds and experiences; the most important thing is that you have the desire to work in this role and see it as something exciting. The personal qualities we are looking for are as follows:

• Takes initiative and fixes what is needed independently
• Responsible and able to follow given instructions
• A person we can trust in all situations!

The Offer

As a game master, working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends, with high season during the darker months and on holidays. Your team leader assigns shifts according to your availability each week. You are paid according to the hours you are on site. You usually work alone, but you have a couple of colleagues nearby.
