We are looking for a driven and business-oriented Account Manager to join our client and drive growth within the telecom industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as identifying new business opportunities that create long-term value for customers.
You will become a key part of the sales organization, focusing on understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and contributing to continued market growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Process and develop both new and existing corporate customers within the SME segment (10–200 employees)
- Present and sell telecom solutions adapted to the customer's business operations
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and work towards set sales targets
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a strong business drive who thrives in a role that combines new customer acquisition with relationship-building sales. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- Documented experience in B2B sales
- Experience from the telecom industry
- Experience selling to the SME segment (companies with 10–200 employees)
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong ability to build trust and create long-term customer relationships
- A structured and results-oriented approach to work
- Experience working towards clear goals in a fast-paced environment
