We are now looking for an engaged and skilled medical secretary for Vårdcentralen Landborgen in Helsingborg. Vårdcentralen Landborgen is a modern health center and is one of the largest in Helsingborg. We are located in the heart of the city, close to the center, forest, and sea. We have great trust among our approximately 14,000 registered patients.
The unit consists of approximately 60 dedicated employees and is characterized by a good work climate, high competence, and continuity. We are a well-staffed operation with specialists in general medicine, resident and specialist physicians, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, dietitians, social workers, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, physiotherapists, as well as district nurses from the child health center.
We also work with specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, dementia, atrial fibrillation, elderly care, and lifestyle, as well as performing home visits and being responsible for care in two nursing homes.
With us, we work in cross-professional round teams where all professions meet twice a week to review patient cases. This creates continuity, security, competence development, and job satisfaction. We now have the opportunity to welcome a medical secretary to us at Vårdcentralen Landborgen. You and your secretary colleagues share responsibility for daily and ongoing tasks as well as various administrative areas. Your colleagues have varying backgrounds and experience, but the common denominator is job satisfaction and cooperation. We are positive about improvements and dare to try new things and think differently.
We work in the systems PMO, Pasis, and MedSpeech, as well as speech recognition (TIK), which our doctors use frequently. The medical secretaries are jointly responsible for coordinating, planning, monitoring, writing dictations, staffing the reception, and registering diagnoses. The work is distributed based on the operation's needs and the employees' different competencies.

We welcome you who have education in healthcare administration (80 points Higher Vocational Education or 400 points University College) or equivalent medical secretary training. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing as well as good knowledge of medical terminology. It is an advantage if you have work experience from primary care.
