You will step into a development project where an established Dynamics 365 installation is to be expanded with more use cases, stronger sales support, and additional modules within Dynamics 365. This role suits you if you thrive at the intersection of operations, business, and system support, and want to make a real difference in how sales, marketing, and customer processes work in everyday life.

Here you will work closely with the business in a complex environment with many dependencies, where you help translate needs into clear requirements, priorities, and development initiatives. You become a key link between product owners, internal IT functions, and external system suppliers, while guiding on working methods, new modules, and license upgrades in the platform.

This is a role for you who wants to combine CRM knowledge, change management, and business understanding in a business where the right solution needs to be both usable, efficient, and well-rooted.

• You lead and drive business-oriented change work related to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• You support existing product owners and create structure in the collaboration between the business, internal IT, and external suppliers.
• You identify, analyze, and concretize business needs into requirements and development initiatives.
• You coordinate stakeholders within sales, aftermarket, and marketing to create a common direction.
• You facilitate workshops and anchoring work to secure understanding, prioritization, and progress.
• You guide on how the platform can be further developed with new modules, functions, and working methods.
• You contribute to the solution being developed based on the business's requirements with a focus on simplicity, efficiency, and usability.

• Documented business understanding related to customer-facing processes, especially sales.
• Documented experience leading business-oriented change and development work in complex organizations.
• Experience working in roles coordinating between business and IT.
• Experience structuring, analyzing, and concretizing business needs into requirements and development initiatives.
• Ability to drive work independently, structured, and with clear progress.
• Good understanding of system support as part of business processes, not just technology.
• Very good communicative skills in Swedish, both oral and written.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and perspectives.
• Experience leading or facilitating workshops and anchoring work.
• Experience in aftermarket or marketing.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Worked in a similar role such as change manager, CRM lead, product owner, or business developer.
• Experience from the energy sector or other businesses with similar complexity and dependencies.
• Worked with the implementation or further development of CRM platforms and associated processes.
• Experience supporting product owners or working closely with product organizations.
• Experience implementing new modules, functions, or license models in business systems.
• Multi-year experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
